Chef Arnaud Bloquel is proud to host an exclusive evening of Champagne and Caviar indulgence — a celebration of finesse, flavour, and French artistry.
Join us for a remarkable tasting experience featuring four distinct cuvees from Champagne Palmer & Co— including the award winning 2018 Blanc de Blanc, rarely released in Canada, and limited vintage 2015 Grand Terroir — paired beautifully with the world-renowned French house Kaviari caviar.
Each course will be thoughtfully created by Chef Arnaud Bloquel, showcasing his refined modern French cuisine in harmony with these exceptional cuvées. Gregoire Doulain, from Kaviari will help you discover his wonderful selection of caviar.
