On November 18th, Lucie welcomes a the last edition of La Collab for 2025, a dinner that brings together Franco Stalteri and Donato Carozza, founders of Charlie’s Burgers, and Michelin recognized Chef Arnaud Bloquel of Lucie.
Spectacular Ingredients: Rare wines and truffle-focused dishes mark the official start of Fall 2025.
This collaboration turns the spotlight to Piedmont, home to some of Italy’s most celebrated wines. Guests will explore Barbaresco, poured alongside dishes prepared with two of the season’s most sought-after ingredients: black truffles from Burgundy and the white truffles of Alba. These spectacular ingredients are the foundation for this evening’s special menu.
Donato and Franco will be present for the experience, leading your pairings with world-class wines from Champagne, Mount Etna and a special focus on the legendary Barbaresco producer, Giorgio Pelissero. For three generations, the Pelissero family has cultivated vineyards in Treiso, Piedmont, crafting terroir-driven wines that embody passion, innovation, and a deep respect for the land. Today, Giorgio Pelissero is recognized among the world’s finest Barbaresco producers.
With the Charlie’s Burgers founders bringing the curiosity and sense of occasion that have long defined their program, complemented by Chef Arnaud Bloquel’s precise and modern French approach to cooking, the evening shall be rooted in indulgent discovery.
The experience is priced at $430 per guest, which includes wine pairings and a welcome glass of champagne but does not include applicable taxes or gratuity. This is a prepaid event and all sales are considered final.
