Chef Arnaud Bloquel of Lucie is thrilled to welcome Founding Chef Carl Heinrich and Executive Chef Aldous Cheung of Richmond Station, one of Toronto’s most beloved restaurants, known for their elevated approach to local, seasonal ingredients. This exclusive dining event will feature a collaborative menu that highlights the rich bounty of Ontario farms and purveyors, blending Chef Heinrich’s and Chef Cheung’s mastery of farm-to-table cuisine with Chef Bloquel’s modern interpretations of French gastronomy. Together, these accomplished chefs will create an extraordinary multi-course menu that showcases the finest locally sourced ingredients, paired with innovative techniques and elegant presentations.
