This collaborative menu will marry Langdon Hall’s signature approach to farm-driven, elegant dishes with Chef Bloquel’s refined and modern take on French gastronomy. Chef Jason Bangerter | Langdon Hall

Chef Jason Bangerter is the Executive Chef at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa in Cambridge, Ontario, where he has been a driving force behind its culinary excellence since 2013. Under his leadership, Langdon Hall has maintained its prestigious AAA/CAA Five-Diamond rating—the only restaurant in Ontario with this distinction—and was recognized by the Michelin Guide in 2024 as a recommended restaurant. It also ranked 5th in Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants in the same year.

Chef Bangerter’s philosophy revolves around sustainability and locally sourced ingredients, with 80% of the restaurant’s food and drink procured from Ontario. He has built strong relationships with local farmers, foragers, and artisans, ensuring that the menu reflects the best of the region. His commitment to responsible seafood practices is evident in his partnership with Ocean Wise, guaranteeing that all seafood on the menu is sustainably sourced.

Chef Arnaud Bloquel | Restaurant Lucie

Born in Guadeloupe, Chef Arnaud Bloquel has crafted a career shaped by diverse cultural influences and rigorous training in France’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens. After earning accolades for his restaurant L’Orchidea in the Caribbean, Chef Bloquel now leads the kitchen at Restaurant Lucie, where his contemporary approach to French cuisine has brought Toronto’s fine dining to new heights.
