Julie’s career includes several years of invaluable experience working in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in France, where she honed her skills and acquired a wealth of knowledge. It was during her time in these establishments that she had the pleasure of meeting Chef Bloquel, a dear friend and respected mentor.
