Raimey Bristowe brings over twenty-five years of experience in restaurants and the hospitality industry, having worked in some of Ontario’s top-tier dining establishments. Throughout his career, Raimey has held nearly every position a restaurant has to offer—from front of house to a brief but formative time in the kitchen—building a deep, hands-on understanding of restaurant operations at every level.
Raimey has also pursued formal studies in winemaking, mixology, and brewing beer, shaping a well-rounded appreciation for food, beverage, and the craft behind exceptional dining experiences.
A cornerstone of Restaurant Lucie since its very first day of opening, Raimey has grown alongside the restaurant and remains deeply committed to its vision, culture, and guests. Now stepping into the role of General Manager, Raimey continues that journey with passion, leadership, and a dedication to excellence.
