Meet Alessio, our newest Sous-Chef Junior, whose culinary journey began in the heart of Italy. Alessio’s love for food ignited at an early age, inspiring him to pursue a formal education at culinary school. After graduating, he refined his skills under the tutelage of Michelin-starred chefs, mastering a range of sophisticated techniques. Recently, in his quest for new challenges and growth, Alessio made the exciting move to Toronto to join Chef Arnaud’s brigade. With his rich background and boundless enthusiasm, Alessio is eager to contribute to our culinary excellence and bring a fresh perspective to our team.
