Julie is a talented French professional who has recently arrived from France to join this exciting project. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, as well as a Higher Technician’s Certificate in Culinary Arts, specializing in hospitality and restaurant management. Julie’s career includes several years of invaluable experience working in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in France, where she honed her skills and acquired a wealth of knowledge. It was during her time in these establishments that she had the pleasure of meeting Chef Bloquel, a dear friend and respected mentor. Julie takes immense pride in embracing the challenge of achieving a Michelin star alongside her esteemed colleague.
